Tuscarora Inn

Tuscarora Village and Tuscarora Inn have a very deep history that goes back to the 1970s when 25 acres of the 55 acres that Tuscarora Inn owned, were surveyed and divided into 100 quarter-acre lots that now make up Tuscarora Village. Since then, the Village and the Inn have maintained a symbiotic relationship that has benefited each other to this day. Because of this relationship, Tuscarora Inn allows homeowners in the Village access to some of the amenities that they have such as pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and the grounds in general. Homeowners in the Village do not pay for this access. It is a courtesy that the Inn offers homeowners. In no way do homeowners pay for the right to these amenities through their annual assessments.

Summer pool hours for Village residents can be found here: tuscarora.org/village. Please take the time to read the guidelines for Village residents. It is important we abide by these guidelines in order for the Inn to continue to allow homeowners access to the grounds.
