A Private Community in Upper Mount Bethel, PA
Tuscarora Village is a private community located in beautiful Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania. Currently consisting of 74 homes on approximately 1/4 acre lots, Tuscarora Village is a quaint community that provides its residents with a “neighborhood” feel. Because of its connection with Tuscarora Inn, homeowners also are granted access to some of the Inn’s facilities, such as tennis courts, pools, baseball field, basketball courts and boat launch access on the Delaware River. Tuscarora Village also provides community water and sewer services as part of the HOA fees associated with living in the Village.

Tuscarora Village is a private community and does come with covenants and bylaws which help to make Tuscarora Village a peaceful place to live. All rules have been put in place and are expected to be followed by all HOA members.
